I had to complete 3 world quests before it unlocked - racing course world quest, the climbing gear world quest and then the Beetle Minded quest and it then unlocked

I don't have that special assignment. I have "Bombs from Behind." Unfortunately, it seems bugged. I can start in the skiff, but it immediately returns me to town after it starts.

Description [ ]
Agent 47 has been contracted to eliminate Ajit "AJ" Krish , the CEO of Atlantide , a company which produces de-mineralized salt water with a dubious list of medical benefits. Krish's true source of income comes from conning people into paying thousands to become exclusive distributers of Atlantide, only to lose all their money when they fail to sell the fradulant drink.
47 must infiltrate the Miami International Street Circuit, where Krish is attempting to persuade a race driver to promote Atlantide, and eliminate him.

When target lockdown goes into effect, there are three locations within Miami that Ajit will retreat to. He will either stand behind or inside of one of the two trucks in the Truck Area, or he will retreat to the closest room of the Security Area.

I recently got Hitman 3 and the access passes for the other two games and their dlc etc. I’m aware patient zero takes place after the main campaign of season 1 but what about the special assignment missions for hitman 2? Do they take place after any specific events in the story or can i just go ahead and play ‘em whenever?

The special assignments in Hitman 2 felt like permanent elusive targets with slight map changes and extra challenges specific to the assignment. I know a lot of people did not care for the special assignments, but I think having more free special assignments as replacements for elusive targets would be good for Hitman 3.
