सभी आए हुए सम्मानितगण अतिथि महोदय को मैं नमस्कार करता हूं।

मैं आज इस पर्व पर पॉलिटेक्निक लखनऊ में वार्षिक महोत्सव के शुभ अवसर पर आप सभी को एक बार फिर से बधाई देना चाहूंगा।

इस कॉलेज की 25वीं वर्षगांठ पर आप सब सम्मानित गण अतिथि तथा कॉलेज के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा इस महोत्सव में शामिल होकर मनाने की कोटि-कोटि धन्यवाद करता हूं। आज हम सब मिलकर अपने कॉलेज की रजत जयंती मना रहे है। यह काफी खुशी और प्रसन्नता का दिन है।

विद्यालय की स्थापना के सपने की नींव को मैंने 25 वर्ष पहले एक पौधे के रूप में लगाया था, जो आज पूरे 25 वर्ष के बाद बड़े वृक्ष के रूप में सबके सामने अपनी छवि प्रदर्शित करता है।

आज हमारे कॉलेज में पूरे राज्य के कई बड़े शहरों से विद्यार्थी पढ़ने आते हैं। इस कॉलेज का नाम राज्य स्तर पर, राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी यहां के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा प्रसिद्ध किया गया है।

इस कॉलेज पिछले 25 वर्षों में अपनी प्रसिद्धि की कीर्ति चारों ओर एक सम्मानित और एक अच्छे संस्थान के रूप में की जाती है।

हर साल की तरह इस साल भी हमारे शिक्षक गणों का दल अपने बच्चों के प्रति तथा उनके माता-पिता के विश्वास तथा उनके द्वारा की गई सराहना तथा पूर्ण मेहनत और सच्ची लगन से अपने बच्चों के प्रति और इस संस्थान के प्रति आत्मसमर्पण करते रहे हैं और करते रहेंगे।

मैं उन सभी शिक्षक गणों को एक बार फिर से धन्यवाद कहना चाहूंगा, जिन के सहयोग के बिना यह संस्थान उन ऊंचाइयों को कदापि नहीं छुपाता।

जिन ऊंचाइयों पर आज संस्थान जाना जाता है, मेरे साथ कुछ ऐसे महत्वपूर्ण क्षणों को आपने बिताया है, जिन्हें मैं कदापि नहीं भूल सकता और उनसे मैं हमेशा से कुछ सीखता आया हूं और सीखता रहूंगा। उनको अपना आदर्श मानकर मैं इस जीवन की कठिन समस्याओं को हल करने की कोशिश करूंगा।

इस रंगीन शाम के कार्यक्रम को आगे बढ़ाते हुए मैं आप सबको कुछ और बातें बताने का की इजाजत चाहता हूं।

आज के मुख्य अतिथि श्री गुप्ता जी है। जब मैंने इस कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में गुप्ता जी को कार्ड के साथ संपर्क किया तब गुप्ता जी ने तुरंत ही अपने सारे कार्य छोड़ कर इस कार्यक्रम मैं सहमत होने के लिए सहमति जताई। मैं उन का तहे दिल से धन्यवाद करता हूं।

गुप्ता जी महिला सशक्तिकरण और श्री गांधी विद्यालय इंटर कॉलेज बछरावां रायबरेली के प्रधानाध्यापक हैं तथा एक शिक्षक होने के साथ-साथ उन्होंने कई अनाथालय, वृद्ध आश्रम खोले हैं।

जब मैंने गुप्ता जी को मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में आमंत्रित करने के लिए उनसे संपर्क किया तो वह अपने कॉलेज के समय के उपरांत अनाथालय तथा वृद्ध आश्रम में मुझे मिले।

मेरा हृदय विकार रूप से भर गया और मैंने उनके चरणों को आशीष लेते हुए उनसे इस कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने के लिए अनुग्रह किया।

ऐसे महान पुरुष आज भी दुनिया में हैं, जिन्होंने कई ऐसे महान कार्य किए हैं, जिनको वाकई में सहानुभूति मिलनी चाहिए।

मैं आप सभी जनता जनार्दन से अपील करना चाहूंगा कि आपकी तालियों की गड़गड़ाहट तब तक न बंद हो जब तक की पूरा स्टेज हिल ना जाए।

मैं स्टेज पर बुलाना चाहूंगा श्री गुप्ता जी को, जो कॉलेज के प्रिंसिपल होने के साथ-साथ महिला सशक्तिकरण और वृद्ध आश्रम अनाथालय के फाउंडर भी हैं।

वार्षिक खेल महोत्सव के दिन मुख्य अतिथि के लिए स्पीच

आदरणीय महोदय और मेरे प्यारे साथियों,

सबको मेरा नमस्कार।

आज इस वार्षिक महोत्सव पर मैं इस एस. जे. एस. अकेडमी की ओर से आप सभी का अभिनंदन करता हूं तथा आप सभी ने एकेडमी को इतना प्रेम दिया है मैं आप सबका आभारी हूं।

इस वार्षिक 14वें संस्करण पर खेल महोत्सव का आयोजन किया गया है। खेल एक प्रतियोगिता होने के साथ-साथ मानसिक गतिविधियों का निवारण भी करती है। यदि हर वर्ष इसी प्रकार की खेल प्रतियोगिताएं होती रहे, तो यह एक अलग दिशा की ओर होगा, जिससे बच्चों का प्रोत्साहन भी बढ़ेगा।

हालांकि खेल प्रतियोगिता दो प्रकार की होती है एक व्यक्तिगत तथा दूसरी सामूहिक। परंतु खेल व्यक्तिगत हो या सामूहिक खेल खेलना अनिवार्य है। खेल से शारीरिक व मानसिक तनाव के साथ-साथ कुछ विविध लाभ भी प्राप्त होते हैं, जिससे उसके अंदर नई सोच समझ आत्मविश्वास तथा तर्कशक्ति का उत्कृष्ट होता है और वह कार्य करने के प्रति आत्मा समर्पित होता है।

यह व्यक्ति को अपने द्वारा तय किए गए लक्ष्य की ओर अग्रसर करता है तथा उसके प्रति आत्मसमर्पण करने की शक्ति प्रदान करता है। इसी कारण से हम हर साल खेल प्रतियोगिताओं करवाते हैं, जिससे कि बच्चों का प्रोत्साहन बढ़ता रहे है और वह खेल के प्रति अपना रुझान बनाए रखें और वह हर प्रतियोगिता में अव्वल उतरे।

हमारी अकैडमी बच्चों को फिजिकली तथा मेंटली फिटनेस के लिए प्रातः योगाभ्यास करवाती है तथा उनके खान-पान के लिए भी अच्छी व्यवस्था करती है, जिससे कि वह किसी भी खेल में अपने सामर्थ्य के प्रति अपना सम प्रदर्शन कर सके और इस एकेडमी का नाम और अपने माता पिता का नाम रोशन कर सके।

इस एकेडमी का पूरा प्रयास अपने बच्चों के जीवन को लेकर तथा उनके करियर को एक बेहतर दिशा देने के लिए हमेशा से कार्यरत रहा है और रहेगा।

इंडिया टाइम्स तथा दैनिक जागरण जैसे बड़े न्यूज़ पेपरों में हमारी अकैडमी एस.जे.एस ने राज्य स्तर पर होने वाली प्रतियोगिताओं में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया है, जिसकी चर्चा पूरे भारत में हुई है।

यह सिर्फ इस एकेडमी के शिक्षक गणों तथा इस एकेडमी के बच्चों के माता-पिता के आशीर्वाद के बिना संभव ही नहीं था। उनके अथाग प्रयास से ही आज यह एकेडमी राज्य स्तर पर अपनी पहचान बनाई है।

मैं अनुरोध करता हूं कि आपकी तारीफों की गड़गड़ाहट कम नहीं पढ़नी चाहिए। मैं सभी शिक्षक गणों को बुलाना चाहूंगा, जिन्होंने अपनी मेहनत और सच्ची लगन से अपने बच्चों को एक ही दिशा में एक उच्च मुकाम तक पहुंचाया है।

मैं अत्यधिक गौरवान्वित महसूस कर रहा हूं कि आज मैं इस एकेडमी का डायरेक्टर हूं और उससे ज्यादा खुशी मुझे इस बात की है कि आज इस वार्षिक महोत्सव पर इस एकेडमी में चीफ गेस्ट कोई महान व्यक्ति या कोई मोटिवेशनल स्पीकर नहीं है बल्कि ओलंपिक की महान पहलवान गीता फोगाट जिन्होंने अपनी मेहनत से और सच्ची लगन से उस क्षेत्र में अपना वर्चस्व लहराया है।

जिस क्षेत्र में पुरुषों का वर्चस्व वाकई में जाना जाता है, मुझे बताने में यह खुशी हो रही है कि गीता फोगाट जी की मेहनत को एक फिल्म के द्वारा दर्शाया गया है। जिस फिल्म का नाम दंगल है।

इस फिल्म में गीता फोगाट तथा उनकी बहनों के द्वारा अपने सपनों के पीछे भागने के प्रति तथा उनके परिवार को उनके सपनों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए बेहद भावनात्मक तरीके से दिखाया गया है। मैं आशा करता हूं कि आप सब गीता फोगाट जी पर बनी फिल्म दंगल जरूर देखें।

इन बहनों ने अपना वर्चस्व अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर तक रोशन किया है। इन्होंने ओलंपिक में दो स्वर्ण पदक, तीन रजत पदक तथा तीन कांस्य पदक हासिल किए हैं।

इनकी संघर्ष की कहानी इतनी भावनात्मक बनी है। इन्होंने अपने जीवन में इतना परिश्रम और कड़ा शासन कर अपने सपनों की ओर अपने आप को प्रतिबंध किया है। हम उनके सम्मान में इकट्ठा हुए हैं और मैं गीता फोगाट जी को इस मंच पर बुलाना चाहूंगा और अपने विचारों को प्रकट करने का अनुग्रह करूंगा।

मैं आशा करता हूं कि आप की तालियों की गड़गड़ाहट की आवाज पूरे अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर गुजनी चाहिए। मिस गीता फोगाट जी के मंच पर आने पर जोरदार तालियों से उनका अभिनंदन करें।

मैं उनसे आशा करता हूं कि वे अपनी प्रेरणादायक कहानी हम सबके बीच साझा करें और इस एकेडमी के बच्चों को अपनी भावनात्मक कहानी सुना कर प्रेरणा अवश्य दें।

स्वतंत्रता दिवस के दिन मुख्य अतिथि के लिए विद्यालय में देने जाने हेतु स्वागत भाषण

आदरणीय प्राचार्य, शिक्षकगण और मेरे प्यारे मित्रों,

भारत एक विभिन्न समुदायों का देश है, जिनमें अलग-अलग प्रकार की जातियां निवास करती है तथा विभिन्न प्रकार के देवी देवता भी यहां पर निवास करते हैं।

पुराणों और कथाओं के अनुसार इस देश को भारतवर्ष के नाम से जाना जाता है। यहां पर अनेकों देवी-देवताओं ने अपने आपको इस भारतवर्ष में एक सुंदरता कि छाप छोड़ने की कोशिश की है।

भारत विभिन्न जातियों और धर्मों का देश है। यहां पर विभिन्न प्रकार की जातियां हिंदू, मुस्लिम, सिख, ईसाई पाई जाती हैं तथा अनेकों धर्म अपने धर्म प्रचार के लिए इस देश को गौरवान्वित करने के लिए अपने धर्म का प्रचार करते रहें। चाहे फिर वह बौद्ध धर्म हो या सिख धर्म हो या फिर जैन धर्म। सब ने अपने क्षेत्र में इस भारतवर्ष को एक अलग पहचान दी है।

यह भारत वाकई में सोने की चिड़िया है। परंतु कुछ वर्षों पहले इस भारत पर नजर मुगलो पुर्तगाली की पड़ गई, जिन्होंने हमारे देश की विभिन्न टुकड़े कर दिए। परंतु लगभग 70 साल पहले 15 अगस्त सन 1947 को हमारे भारत देश को इन मुगलों और पुर्तगाली के जंगलों से भारत के वीर जवानों ने अपने बलिदानों को देकर आजाद करवाया था।

जिसे कुछ महान पुरुषों ने एक सुंदर स्वरूप प्रदान किया। भारत एक विकसित देश की ओर चल पड़ा। यहां पर समानता धर्मनिरपेक्ष गुटनिरपेक्ष तथा अखंडता की बात कही है।

भारतीय संविधान ने सभी को समानता का अधिकार दिया है। इसको लिखने वाले महान तथा दलित समाज के नेता डॉ. भीमराव रामजी अंबेडकर है।

मैं उनको सादर प्रणाम करता हूं और उनके द्वारा बताए गए मार्ग पर चलने का प्रयत्न कर रहा हूं। आज इस स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर मैं आप सबको स्वतंत्रता दिवस की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं देता हूं।

स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर मुझे इस मंच से ऐसे महान व्यक्तियों के बारे में बताने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ तथा स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर आए हुए मुख्य अतिथि महोदय हमारे जिले की 177 विधानसभा के प्रमुख विधायक जी को संबोधित करने का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ।

मुझे बड़ी प्रसन्नता और खुशी है कि मैं ऐसे व्यक्ति को संबोधित करने जा रहा हूं, जिन्होंने अपने कार्य और अपने क्षेत्र के प्रति आत्मसमर्पण से कार्य किया है। उनकी साक्षरता अत्यधिक है और वह एक समझदार और निडर व्यक्ति हैं।

उन्होंने हमारे क्षेत्र में बड़ी ईमानदारी के साथ कार्य कर अपने कार्य का परचम लहराया है तथा वे एक गैर सरकारी संगठन के अध्यक्ष भी हैं, जो गरीब तथा अनाथ बच्चों का पालन पोषण करती है और उनके परिवारों को जीवन दिनचर्या चलाने के लिए रोजगार भी उपलब्ध करती है।

आज मैं उनके बारे में कुछ सुंदर बातें बताने जा रहा हूं। हमारे विधायक जी अर्थात हमारे चीफ गेस्ट जी ने आईआईटी मद्रास से अपनी इंजीनियरिंग की पढ़ाई पूरी की तथा पढ़ाई के उपरांत वे सरकारी संगठन में शामिल हो गए और एक साक्षर विधायक के रुप में जाने जाने लगे।

उन्हें अपने खाली समय में लिखना तथा पढ़ना पसंद है। उन्होंने कई नोबेल लिखे हैं, जिनको राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पब्लिक भी किया गया है तथा उनके द्वारा कुछ लिखी गई किताबें जो गरीबी तथा बेरोजगारी पर हैं। ऐसे प्रतिष्ठित और सकारात्मक सोच रखने वाले हमारे विधायक अर्थात हमारी चीफ गेस्ट के हमारे बच्चों के लिए एक बेहद और सकारात्मक उदाहरण हैं।

15 अगस्त को हम सब स्वतंत्रा दिवस हर साल मनाते आ रहे हैं तथा इस पर्व पर कुछ सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम भी किए जाते हैं। हर साल की तरह इस साल भी हमारे विद्यालय के बच्चों द्वारा कुछ सांस्कृतिक नाटक तथा देश भक्ति गीत प्रस्तुत किए जाएंगे। विद्यार्थी अलग जाति धर्म समुदाय से संबंध रखते हैं परंतु विद्यालय में वे एक समान है।

आज हमारा स्कूल ……शहर के प्रतिष्ठित और सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्कूलों की लिस्ट में शुमार है क्योंकि हमारे स्कूल में न सिर्फ पढ़ाई बल्कि खेल-कूद और अन्य सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियों को भी उतना ही महत्व दिया जाता है और छात्रों को उनके बेहतर भविष्य के लिए तैयार किया जाता है, इसी वजह से इस स्कूल से निकलने वाले ज्यादातर छात्र अपना शानदार करियर बनाने में सफल होते हैं और हमारे तमाम सीनियर्स इस बात को बखूबी साबित किया है।

इसके साथ ही स्कूल में अध्यापकों का छात्रों के प्रति व्यवहार और स्कूल का सांस्कृतिक और अनुशासित माहौल होने से एक अलग सुख की अनुभूति होती है और आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा मिलती है।

फिलहाल स्कूल को सफलता के इस मुकाम तक पहुंचाने के लिए स्कूल प्रशासन, अध्यापक, छात्र समेत स्कूल के हर व्यक्ति का सामान रुप से अपना सहयोग दिया है। वहीं मै आशा करता हूं कि आगे भी हमारा स्कूल इसी तरह तरक्की के पथ पर आगे बढ़ता रहेगा।

जैसे कि आज हम सभी लोग हमारे स्कूल ………………..के 25वें वार्षिक महोत्सव का जश्न मनाने के लिए एकत्र हुए हैं। यह हमारे संस्थान के लिए बेहद महत्वपूर्ण एवं गौरवपूर्ण क्षण है। वहीं आज मुझे इस अहम मौके पर आप सभी को संबोधित करने का सुनहरा अवसर पाकर मुझे बेहद प्रसन्नता हो रही है और मै खुद को बेहद गौरान्वित महसूस कर रहा हूं।

इस संस्था को ऊंचाइयों तक पहुंचाने और सफलतापूर्वक स्थापित करने के लिए स्कूल प्रशासन, अध्यापक, छात्र एवं स्कूल के प्रत्येक व्यक्ति ने अपना अभूतपूर्व योगदान दिया है। सभी के कठोर संघर्ष, प्रयास और मेहनत के बल पर ही आज हमारी संस्था इस शहर के बेस्ट शिक्षण संस्थानों में से एक बन गई है।

स्कूल के सिल्वर जुबली के इस सम्मानजनक एवं गौरवपूर्ण बेला पर कई तरह के सांस्कृतिक और रंगारंग कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जाएगा और होनहार एवं खेल-कूद समेत अन्य गतिविधियों में अव्वल छात्रों को इस मौके पर पुरस्कृत कर उनका मनोबल भी बढ़ाया जाएगा, ताकि वे आने वाले समय में और अच्छा प्रदर्शन करें और देश का मान बढ़ाएं।

यह बताते हुए मुझे बेहद खुशी हो रही है कि इस स्कूल के 25 सालों में छात्रों में अपना उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन देकर न सिर्फ अपने जीवन में सफलता हासिल की है, बल्कि स्कूल का नाम गर्व से ऊंचा किया है और इस स्कूल को एक अलग पहचान दिलवाई है।

वहीं अगर इस स्कूल के विद्यार्थी आगे भी इस तरह प्रदर्शन करते रहेंगे तो हमारा स्कूल टॉप स्कूलों की रैंकिंग में हमेशा शामिल रह सकेगा।

फंक्शन शुरू करने से पहले मुख्य अतिथि को संबोधित करते हुए उनके बारे में चंद बातें की जाती हैं और उन्हें सम्मानित किया जाता है कोई भी भेंट स्वरूप देकर या गिफ्ट देकर।

We are proud to announce today that the chief minister of this conference is the education minister of Karnataka himself, who will be giving a small speech in a few minutes. Every year we have a theme for this conference ranging from the environment to politics to business, music, arts and entertainment. But this year, this conference holds special value because this is the first conference in the history of our school where the entire conference is taking place on a digital platform. Due to the changing time caused by the COVID-19, we encourage our participants to stay safe and maintain social distancing as a result of which this conference will be the first of many conferences in the future that will be conducted remotely through the use of advanced technologies such as augmented reality and virtual reality.

The theme of this conference is the change in education dynamics around the world due to COVID-19 pandemic. We have experts from across the field who will be staying with us for the next three days, sharing their thoughts, knowledge and opinions with the rest of us.

Like every year, the conference hosts many events such as debates, pick and speak, public speaking, content writing and other such knowledge enhancing activities for all the school students who have signed up for the three-day event. The only difference in this conference is that the entire conference will be handled digitally and we will be walking you through all the SIPs that students need to follow to have a hassle-free and smooth event throughout the three-day conference. I would like to layout the major outcomes of this conference with respect to the theme of the conference which is the changing education dynamics in the country due to COVID-19 pandemic.

आज वैज्ञानिक भी यह मानते है कि क़िताबें पढ़ने से व्यक्ति का दिमाग बहुत तेज होता है। विभिन्न अनुसंधानों में यह पता चला है कि क़िताबें पढ़ने से इंसान का दिमाग तेज होता है व उसे बहुत अधिक ज्ञान प्राप्त होता है।

आपने बहुत से सफल लोगों से सुना होगा कि वें हफ्ते में कम से कम 1 किताब अवश्य पढ़ते है। वें सभी यह मानते है कि क़िताबों में जितना अधिक मौजूद है, उतना अधिक ज्ञान और कहीं मौजूद नहीं है।

किताबें हमारे जीवन में बहुत कुछ जोड़ती है। क़िताबें छात्रों में पढ़ने-लिखने के साथ-साथ उनके कौशल में सुधार करती है। क़िताबें पढ़ने से मनुष्य की याददास्त तेज होती है।

यें हमें हमारी आसपास की दुनिया से जोड़ने का काम करती है। क़िताबें कागज के पन्नों का ऐसा संग्रह होता है, जिसमे ज्ञान का भंडार होता है। माना जाता है कि मनुष्य को कहानियों के माध्यम से कोई भी चीज आसानी से समझ आ जाती है।

क़िताबों में आपको बहुत से कहानियां सुनने को मिल जाएगी। क़िताबों में सभी आयु वर्ग के लोगो के लिए कुछ न कुछ मौजूद होता है। क़िताबों का फायदा तो बहुत कुछ है लेकिन, नुकसान एक भी नहीं है।

वर्तमान समय में इंटरनेट जहां बहुत तेजी से बढ़ रहा है। वहीं लोगों के बीच अब क़िताबें पढ़ने की रुचि धीरे-धीरे खत्म होती जा रही है। आजकल सभी चीजे ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध हो रही है, जो बहुत अच्छी बात है।

लेकिन, इससे मनुष्य में बहुत सी बीमारियाँ बढ़ रही है और किताबो से इन सभी समस्याओं का हल निकाला जा सकता है। आज अच्छी क़िताबें ढूँढना बहुत अधिक मुश्किल हो गया है।

इस परेशानी को देखते हुए हमारे विद्यालय ने एक बुक फेयर का आयोजन किया है। हम सभी ने एक छोटे से सेमिनार का आयोजन किया है। इस सेमिनार के माध्यम से हम लोगों के बीच क़िताबें पढ़ने की रुचि को बढ़ाने का प्रयास कर रहे है।

यहां पर आपको सभी प्रकार की पुस्तकें उपलब्ध होगी, जिससे आप अपना ज्ञान बढ़ा सकते है। हम सभी आप सभी को इस बुक फेयर के लिए आमंत्रित करते है। हमने इसके लिए एक महीने पहले से ही तैयारी शुरू कर दी थी।

मैं सबसे पहले हमारे विद्यालय के प्रधानाचार्य जी को शुक्रिया अदा करना चाहता हूँ, जिन्होंने इतने बड़े अयोजन के लिए प्रयास किया। आज इस अयोजन के मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में _____ जी को आमंत्रित किया है, जो एक जाने-माने लेखक है।

वह अपनी किताब का लॉन्च भी इसी सेमिनार में कर रहे है। उनकी किताब भी आपको यहां प्राप्त हो जाएगी। जिसे आप उनके हस्ताक्षर के साथ ले सकते है। हम उन्हें भी तहदिल से धन्यवाद देना चाहते है।

उन्होंने अपने व्यस्त दिनचर्या में से कुछ समय हमें दिया और अपनी किताब का लॉन्च भी हमारे आयोजन में किया। इस लॉन्च के कारण ही बहुत से लोग इस आयोजन में पधार रहे है।

A welcome speech (or address) sets the tone for a conference or event. The speech must describe what’s to come and get everyone excited for the event and feel welcome. It should also create an appropriate environment for knowledge sharing.

How to Write a Welcome Speech for a Conference

While thinking about this, decide whether or not you’ll use formal or informal language . How you choose, structure, and deliver your words matters. These all come together to create the “tone”.

हमारे स्कूल कमेटी के सदस्यों, माननीय न्यायाधीशों, कर्मचारियों, माता-पिता और प्रिय छात्रों आप सभी को मेरा नमस्कार। आप सभी प्रतिभाशाली युवा छात्रों की उपलब्धियों को साझा करने में मैं खुद को बहुत सम्मानित महसूस कर रहा हूं। यह हम सभी के लिए खुशी का अवसर है क्योंकि हम सब आज इस शुभ दिन का जश्न मनाने के लिए इकट्ठे हुए हैं। यह पुरस्कार समारोह विद्यालय के सबसे क़ीमती अवसरों में से है क्योंकि यह हमें पिछले वर्ष की उपलब्धियों पर प्रतिबिंबित करने के लिए एक अवसर प्रदान करता है, पूरे समुदाय को संबोधित करने का अवसर प्रदान करता है और आने वाले दिनों में हमारे स्कूल की उपलब्धियों, सफलता और योजनाओं को साझा करने की अनुमति देता है।

हमारे छात्र ने न केवल शिक्षाविदों में उत्कृष्टता प्राप्त की है बल्कि खेल, नाटक, कलाकृतियां, स्कूल की घटनाओं के आयोजन और कई अन्य चीजें जैसे अतिरिक्त पाठ्यचर्या वाली गतिविधियों में भी बहुत अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया है। उन्होंने हमें न केवल गौरवशाली महसूस करने का मौका दिया है बल्कि हमारे स्कूल को प्रशंसा प्राप्त करने में सहयोग देने के साथ इसे राष्ट्रव्यापी मान्यता दी है। आपके जैसे विद्यार्थी और अत्यंत कुशल परिषद के सदस्यों के साथ-साथ हमारे शिक्षकों के संयुक्त प्रयास ही हमारे स्कूल के सतत विकास में भागीदार हैं।

हमारे स्कूल पर मीडिया द्वारा लगातार ध्यान दिया जाता रहा है और हमने प्रसिद्ध संस्थानों, राष्ट्रीय और अन्तराष्ट्रीय स्तर की प्रसिद्ध हस्तियों की बैठकों का भी सफ़ल आयोजन किया है। अधिकांश हस्तियाँ तो हमारे छात्रों को निकट से देखने और संकाय सदस्यों का समर्थन करने के लिए हमारे स्कूल में बार-बार वापिस आती रहीं है। सौभाग्य से मेहमान हस्तियों से प्राप्त फीडबैक हमेशा सकारात्मक रहा है। ऐसा निश्चित रूप से हमारी प्रतिबद्ध स्टाफ और इस स्कूल के सक्षम छात्रों के बिना संभव नहीं हो सकता था।

देवियों और सज्जनो, हमारे मीडिया भागीदारों, प्रायोजकों, प्रतिष्ठित अधिकारियों और हमारे प्रतिभाशाली एथलीट! इस संस्था के खेल पुरस्कार समारोह में मैं आप सभी का स्वागत करता हूं।

आज हम 12 प्रमुख पुरस्कारों के भाग्यशाली विजेताओं की घोषणा करने और हमारे प्रशंसनीय पुरस्कार प्राप्तकर्ताओं की जीत की तारीफ करने के लिए यहां मौजूद हैं। फाइनल खेलों में खेलने वाले सभी खिलाडियों को बधाई। आपने निश्चित रूप से इस संस्था के अन्य खेलकर्मियों के लिए खेलों का मापदंड ऊँचा कर दिया है। हमें उम्मीद करते है कि आप अपने संबंधित खेल कैरियर और अन्य क्षेत्रों में भी सफ़लता हासिल करेंगे।

बेबे रुथ ने सही कहा है, “जब टीम पूरी तरह से एक होकर खेलती है तो उसकी सफलता निश्चित है। हो सकता है कि आपके पास दुनिया के अलग-अलग बड़े सितारे खिलाड़ी हो पर अगर वे एक साथ होकर नहीं खेलेंगे तो क्लब को जीत कभी नसीब नहीं होगी।” हमारी फुटबॉल टीम ने यह साबित कर दिया है कि जब खिलाड़ी एक होकर खेले हैं तो खेल में विजय निश्चित है। अपने महान प्रयासों के कारण टीम ने राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पुणे में आयोजित होने वाले आयोजन में दूसरा पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया और हमारी संस्था को गर्व करने का एक और मौका दिया।

आयोजन समिति की ओर से मैं अपने सम्मानित बोर्ड के सदस्यों, राष्ट्रीय खेल संघ, शहर के स्पोर्ट्स क्लब और विशेष रूप से राष्ट्रीय ओलंपिक परिषद के सदस्यों के प्रयासों की प्रशंसा करना चाहूँगा जिन्होंने इस दिन को सफ़ल बनाने के लिए प्रयास किए हैं जहाँ खेल में अपना जी-जान लगाने वाले खिलाड़ियों को सम्मानित किया जाता है।

मैं संगठन समिति के सदस्यों के प्रति अपना आभार व्यक्त करना चाहूंगा जिन्होंने अपने कर्तव्यों को पूरा किया, अपनी भूमिकाओं का औचित्य को साबित करने में असफल नहीं हुए और मुस्कुराहट के साथ हर तरह की मुसीबतों का सामना किया। यह समारोह आपके बिना संभव नहीं हो सकता था। मैं एथलीट्स, स्वयंसेवकों, परिवार और दोस्तों को इस खेल पुरस्कार समारोह को इतने बड़े स्तर पर सफ़ल होने के लिए धन्यवाद देना चाहता हूं।

अंत में मैं उन प्रतिभागियों को संबोधित करना चाहूंगा जिन्होंने भले ही कोई भी पुरस्कार नहीं जीता लेकिन फिर भी प्रतियोगिता में अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया है। इसके अलावा मैं यह कहना चाहूंगा कि जब जागो तभी सवेरा और फिर से प्रयास करें। मैं विन्स लोम्बार्डी द्वारा आपके लिए एक छोटी पंक्ति कहना चाहूँगा।

अब मैं हमारे मुख्य अतिथि को मंच पर आने के लिए अनुरोध करना चाहता हूं कि वे भी हमारे लिए कुछ प्रेरक शब्द कहें।

सभागार में मौजूद सभी को मेरी तरफ से नमस्कार,

माननीय मुख्य अतिथि, सम्मानित निदेशकों, प्रमुख महोदया, समिति के सदस्यों, प्रिय माता-पिता, शिक्षक और छात्र।

मैं हूँ S.S, पुरस्कार की इस शाम का आपका मेजबान और आज मैं PQR स्कूल की ओर से आप सभी का दिल से स्वागत करता हूँ। हमारे लिए यह सम्मान और खुशी का मौका है जहाँ आपको पुरस्कृत करने के साथ ही बोर्ड परीक्षा में दसवीं कक्षा के छात्रों द्वारा की गई कड़ी मेहनत के प्रदर्शन की सराहना की जा रही है।

शिक्षा कक्षा की चार दीवारों के भीतर की बात नहीं है और हमारा विद्यालय बहुत ही भाग्यशाली है जहाँ ऐसे शिक्षक और प्रशिक्षक, जो इस चीज़ को पहचानते हैं, मौजूद हैं। वास्तव में यदि इमारत और शिक्षक के किसी भी स्कूल के दो स्तंभ हैं तो आप सभी छात्र निश्चित रूप से तीसरा स्तंभ हैं।

PQR, स्कूल छात्रों को प्रोत्साहित करने में विश्वास करता है क्योंकि उसका मानना है कि जब वे प्रेरित होते हैं तो वे भविष्य में कठिन काम करेंगे और निश्चित रूप से उनके प्रदर्शन बेहतर होगा। यही कारण है कि विद्यालय को गौरवान्वित करने वाले छात्रों को पुरस्कृत करने के लिए हर साल हाई स्कूल पुरस्कार समारोह आयोजित किया है। आज हमारे पास भी ऐसे विद्वान हैं जिन्होंने न केवल स्कूल बल्कि अपने उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन से पूरे शहर को गौरवशाली होने का मौका दिया है। आप सभी को जब यह पता चलेगा तो आप निश्चित रूप से चकित रह जायेंगे कि हमारे स्कूल ने इस साल सभी हाई स्कूलों को पीछे छोड़ परिणामों के मामले में पहला स्थान प्राप्त किया है।

इसलिए आज स्कूल द्वारा छात्रों को प्राप्त प्रतिशत अंकों के आधार पर छात्रवृत्ति से सम्मानित किया जाएगा और उन सभी विद्यार्थियों को भी प्रेरित किया जाएगा जिन्होंने मेहनत तो बहुत की लेकिन अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त नहीं कर सके। मैं इस समारोह, जहाँ छात्रों का उत्साहवर्धन किया जा रहा है, में आपका स्वागत करके खुद को बहुत सौभाग्यशाली महसूस कर रहा हूँ।

तो सबसे पहले तालियों की गूँज के साथ हमारे सम्मानित अतिथि श्री भूषण, जो हमारे क्षेत्र के जिला मजिस्ट्रेट (डीएम) हैं, का स्वागत करें। श्री भूषण वह व्यक्ति है जो आजकल समाचारों और चर्चाओं में बहुत अधिक छाए हुए हैं। जब से उन्होंने कार्यभार संभाला है तब से हम सब उनके द्वारा किए गए ऐतिहासिक परिवर्तनों के बारे में जानते हैं। उनकी वजह से ही पूरे जिले में विकास, सुरक्षा, साक्षरता की लहर चल रही है।

अब मैं इस प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार समारोह के लिए सम्मानित निदेशक सर और प्रिंसिपल मैम का स्वागत करता हूं।

अब मैं सभी शिक्षकों, प्रशिक्षकों और सभी कर्मचारियों सदस्यों को दिल से आमंत्रित करना चाहूंगा जिनके बिना यह उपलब्धि हासिल नहीं की जा सकती थी।

आखिर में मैं सभी माता-पिता के प्रति कृतज्ञता ज़ाहिर करना चाहूंगा जिन्होंने विद्यार्थियों के साथ उनकी पढ़ाई, गृहकार्य और बाकि क्षेत्रों में समान रूप से काम किया है और उनकी यात्रा के दौरान निरंतर सहायता प्रणाली बने रहे।

Greeting the Audience

Step 1 Welcome the audience using serious language for a formal occasion.

Keep the tone more serious if it's an important occasion. Use more formal language and don't crack any inappropriate jokes. For example, at a wake, you might say, "We're so glad to have you all here tonight. We appreciate your presence at this difficult time."

Step 2 Greet guests informally by using light-hearted language.

For an event with close friends and family, more informal language might be appropriate. Include a few jokes and keep your speech more lighthearted.

Grab your audience's attention with a strong opening. Start with a loud voice and a strong presence that welcomes everyone and gets them involved. Ask a question they can respond to or tell a joke — anything to connect with the audience. Do something that grabs their attention and excites them and makes them thrilled about the event.

Step 3 Add individual greetings for any special guests.

Special guests include any people of honor, those that may play a particularly important part in the event, or those who have traveled a long way to be there.
Make sure that you practice all of names, titles, and pronunciations of the special guests before your speech.
For example you could say, "We'd like to extend a special welcome to our guest of honor, Judge McHenry, who will be speaking later tonight."
Alternatively to welcome a group of people you might say, "While we're excited to have you all here tonight, we'd especially like to say welcome to the students from Johnson Middle School."

For an informal event such as a birthday party, you could say, "We're so happy to have you here tonight to eat, drink, and celebrate another year of Jessica's life. Now, let's get to it."
For a more formal event such as one run by an organisation, you could say, “We are so excited to have you all here to participate in our 10th annual pet’s day, organised by the Animal Rescue Group.”

Forming the Body of the Speech

Step 1 Acknowledge those who have played an important part in the event.

An example of acknowledging individual people is saying, “We couldn’t have pulled off this fundraiser without the hard work and dedication of Grace and Sally, who worked tirelessly from day 1 to make today a reality.”
Avoid reading off a long list of people or sponsors, as your audience will begin to get bored. Stick to just a handful of highlights.

Step 2 Mention any parts of the event that are of special importance.

For instance, at a conference, you might point out when the dinner will be held, or where particular sessions will take place.
At a wedding reception, you might note when dancing will start or when the cake will be served.

Alternatively, you could end the body of your speech during an informal gathering by saying, “I can't wait to see you all out on the dancefloor!”

Ending the Speech

Step 1 Say that you hope the audience enjoys the event, if applicable.

You could also say that you hope that the audience takes something away from the event. For example, “I hope that today inspires ideas and discussions around the ways that we can make our city a better place!”

Step 2 Introduce the next speaker if necessary.

At a formal event, you might say, "Now, for our speaker. Rebecca Roberts comes here from Montreal, Canada, and she is a leading expert in the study of the human brain. She'll be speaking tonight on what drives humans to make decisions. Let's welcome her."
For a more informal event such as a party, you could say, “Next up is Sam, who has been Kyle’s best friend for 10 years strong. He has a decade of embarrassing stories about Kyle to share with us tonight!"

Step 3 Thank the audience for attending.

Alternatively you might say, “Thank you again to everyone for being here tonight to celebrate Joe and Kathleen’s 50th wedding anniversary! Let the celebrations begin!”

Step 4 Keep your speech within a suitable time limit.

If you are unsure, ask the organiser or host what an appropriate length of time for your speech will be.

Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: 5 fast facts

Imagine daily life without your sight, hearing or a limb or living with the challenges of neurodiversity or paralysis. That’s a reality for some. One in six of us – or 16 per cent – of the global population had a disability in 2023, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), and many depend on the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities to help guard their fundamental freedoms and dignity.

The landmark legally binding treaty entered into force on 3 May 2008, marking a major milestone in the effort to promote, protect and ensure the full and equal enjoyment of all human rights for all.

Ahead of the 17th Conference of States Parties (COSP17) that starts on 11 June, here are five fast facts about the Convention and how it continues to impact the lives of 1.3 billion men, women and children living with disabilities around the world:

1. Why the world needs the Convention

People with disabilities face discrimination and the denial of their human rights around the world. Society’s barriers are the problem, not individual impairments.

That’s why the Convention exists.

The Convention is a human rights treaty that sets out how to make a world disability inclusive.

The goal is to create an enabling environment so that people living with disabilities can enjoy real equality in society.

2. Protected rights

The Convention emphasises that people living with disabilities must have their dignity respected and their voices heard and should be involved in making decisions that affect their lives. That includes all rights, from freedom of speech and education to healthcare and employment.

The treaty tells countries to remove obstacles that prevent people with disabilities from fully participating in all fields, from technology to politics.

It addresses those barriers, including discrimination and accessibility, and also calls for equality for women and girls. In addition, the treaty maps out ways countries around the world can remove barriers preventing people with disabilities from fully enjoying all their rights.

3. How the treaty is enforced

There are several ways the Convention is enforced, respected and implemented.

Individuals can bring petitions to the UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities to report breaches of their rights.

“The mere existence of the Convention gives persons with disabilities and their organisations the ability to say to their governments ‘you have accepted these obligations’ and insist that they be met.” said Don MacKay, chair of the committee that drafted the treaty.

The 18-member Geneva-based committee can also undertake inquires of grave or systematic violations of the Convention and monitors whether rights are being properly applied, online and off in times of peace and of war and other crises.

4. A seat at the table

A key to progress is bringing people whose rights are affected to the table.

This year, hundreds of delegates from non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are coming to New York to take part in the latest Conference of State Parties, COSP17, to be held in June 2024, one of the largest global meetings on disability rights.

Since the time the treaty was negotiated, the perspectives and input of people living with disabilities are being heard at meetings at the UN and in countries around the world.

The bigger table at UN Headquarters now accommodates accessibility requirements, including wheelchair access, hearing loops usage, documentation in Braille, large print or sign language usage.

5. In the spotlight

Global celebrities like the singer-songwriter and UN Messenger of Peace Stevie Wonder, who is visually impaired, have also added their voice.

“Someone being sighted doesn’t mean that they should be blind to those things in the world that we need to fix,” Mr. Wonder said , noting that there are 300 million visually impaired people around the world.

“We really are abled persons with different abilities. We have to have inclusion.”

“I think there are certain sort of stereotypes that we hear about autism, and I’ve learned very quickly through meeting people who either were parents of autistic children or meeting people with autism that those sort of stereotypes don’t really exist,” actor Dakota Fanning told UN News in a conversation about her role as Wendy, who is autistic, in the film Please Stand By .

“So, I felt that I didn’t I want to further the stereotypes and that I wanted to really portray her as I would portray any other young woman,” she said.

“I have lived with discrimination for part of my life,” said Canadian activist, actor and talk show host Nick Herd, who was born with Down syndrome.

“When I was young, and growing up, I was bullied because of my disability, but now I can use that voice, from the child that I was, to be heard, louder and louder. I can shout it on the top of a building or off a mountain, bigger than the UN so that persons with disabilities are included at the table.”

Giles Duley has dedicated his work as a photographer to document the impacts of war. He himself was severely wounded in Afghanistan and continues to fight on all fronts to heal his own wounds and those of others.

“In war, those with disabilities are often represented as victims, denied equality in humanitarian support and excluded from peace processes,” said renowned photographer Giles Duley, the first UN Global Advocate for persons with disabilities in conflict and peacebuilding situations.

“It is time for change, and if we work together, we have the strength and opportunity to create that change.”

P rime Minister Modi on June 4 expressed confidence that NDA will form the government for a third consecutive term, as he addressed BJP workers at the party headquarters.

Mr. Modi thanked the BJP workers for their sweat and hard work and said that this inspires Modi to work for the country.

He also praised the Election Commission (EC) for successfully conducting the elections, 100 crore voters, 11 lakh polling stations, 1.5 crore poll officials, 50 lakh EVMs, everyone performed their duty in such heat, security personnel performed exemplary well.

Every Indian is proud of the election system and its credibility. Its efficiency has not match anywhere else in the world. I want to tell the influencers, that this is a matter of pride. It enhances India’s reputation, and people who have a reach, they should present it before the world with a pride, he continued.

People who voted this time is more than the population of many democratic countries. Record voting in J&K, they showed a mirror to people who criticise India, he added.

Recounting the decisons taken by the NDA government, PM Modi said Article 370 was removed from J&K, banking reforms took place. We prioritised national interest. We took right decisions during Corona. Today India is the fastest developing economy. India will be self reliant.

If India wants to stride ahead, it will have to strike hard on corruption, PM Modi continued.

Digital India has curbed corruption, but the fight is getting harder. When they cross limits of shamelessness to defend corruption, the thrust of third term of NDA government will be to end corruption, he said.

Outlining his plans for his impending third term, PM Modi said we will not stop till the defence sector becomes self reliant. We will strengthen the employment sector for the youth.

The Prime Minsiter said that NDA has always worked to work for all sections of society, 25 crore people were pulled out of poverty, this includes large number of SC, ST and OBC.

Women led development is the centre of our policy. We will work to provide new opportunities for women, Mr. Modi said.

The Prime Minsiter thanked the BJP workers for their sweat and hard work and said that this inspires Modi to work for the country.

If you work ten hours, Modi will work 18 hours. You walk two steps, Modi will take four steps. We will all walk together, take the country forward. Country will write a new chapter of many big decisions in the third term, this is Modi’s guarantee, he added.
