Given below are a few challenges that a candidate who is pursuing a nursing degree or diploma course may face in their career.

  • Limited Government College Seats : Admission to nursing courses in India is highly competitive due to the limited availability of seats in government colleges. This creates challenges for students trying to get quality education, as private institutions may have higher fees and varying standards.
  • Financial Constraints : The cost of nursing education in private institutions can be very high, especially for students with financial constrains in their lives. Affording tuition fees becomes a significant hurdle, limiting access to quality education for those with financial constraints.
  • Quality of Education is not the same in all colleges : Disparities in the quality of nursing education exist among institutions. While some government colleges maintain high standards, certain private institutions may lack adequate infrastructure and faculty, impacting the overall educational experience for students.
  • Unavailability of Clinical Training Facilities : Inadequate access to quality clinical training facilities and experiences is a common challenge. This limitation affects the practical skills development of nursing students, potentially hindering their preparedness for real-world healthcare scenarios.

Nurses work with old and young adults with diverse health conditions, both chronic and acute, within both hospital and community settings. An essential part of the role is the promotion of health through education, the prevention of disease and the care, sustenance and rehabilitation of adults undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic regimes.

What do nurses do?

In the hospital, being an nurse will require you to work in surgical departments, operating departments, medical departments and in the intensive or high dependency care areas.

Nurses can be found working in many different areas of the community. Community nursing teams provide high quality professional care to the large number of patients cared for in their own home. Practice nurses are part of the team at the local GP surgery. Nurses also work in industry and commerce, providing health screening and support for the workforce.

We believe that every individual should receive high quality nursing care that promotes health and well-being, and provides support when health is compromised. Our degree nursing course will promote your strengths and aspirations to become a registered nurse who can deliver and co-ordinate evidence based essential care, work in partnership with inter-professional health and social teams, voluntary agencies, community groups, statutory organisations, service users, carers and significant others, and lead and respond to the changing health care system.

Our nursing course will require you to work with inter-professional teams in these settings to become competent at the skills and knowledge required to deliver high quality nursing care. You will also be required to successfully undertake and practice a range of theoretical assessments.

At NIMT the students go through practical hand on training at hospitals in the region. Students who have graduated from our Institute are working in several major hospitals including Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Max Hospitals, Jaypee Hospital, Apollo Hospitals etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

We are ANM students our course and syllabus in Marathi and very understanding language I think the course we choice we are gland to part of this course in our core is for topic first one is community health nursing second is health promotion third is primary health Nursing care and 4th child health nursing every four topic are very understanding our Marathi language

I searched on Google and in search results this college name on top. That's why I made my mind to take admission in this college. And my all friends are in this field so make my decision to choose this course as my career. In this college teacher use pratical method to prepare us for real world and they teach us how we can use our knowledge in real case. Teacher are doing good still they update in teaching skill if they use model or tell us real case incident it will be too good . Our exams take by as our syllabus to we don't feel it's difficult for us.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

In this college fees is little bit high according to me. Fees hike rate is based on improvement of infrastructure of college. For my course fees is 54,000/- including tuition, service fees and other compulsary charges. Exams fees we have paida part form this. There are many scholarship as financial help deepgurh scholarship and private scholorship and private fund which helpful to students. For SC category they get full scholarship from government.

My best college NSU

Placement experience.

College gives 100% placement to each student as per their percentage basis, 4th or 5th-semester students were eligible for placement each has to work hard to make a place for one placement. My plan after getting the degree is to join the hospital so that we can sever the care and love to the patient each having any problem related to health.

The fee structure is very well other than any college, 100%scholarship provided to students by Bonafides and Also provides placement. There are 4 installments that you have to pay each installment consisting of 25000 each installment has a gap of 6 months and it was a 2-year course.

Best nursing college

The curriculum is well structure and very competitive . the curriculum is more focused on the practical knowledge that is the motto of this college. Attendance is mandatory to sit in the main exams as well in the practical exams . Your marks will be based class test and assignment& presentation, lab performance .

This college does provides 6 months internship. This is compulsory for every nursing students to take part in. it is actually part of the curriculum. It?s a really experience . and it also provides placements and the past placements are really good. students very easily get job before completing their studies
