Spektrum recommends that you leave the standard assignments as they are, as functions in the transmitter may be designed for optimal performance based on the standard assignments. If you can't make the standard assignments work, you can move them around using the "Rx Port Assignments" feature on the transmitter.

Then the other 6 ports as C : servo ports, one of which is called D: servo port 1 and DATA. I just need to plug the BEC into the throttle port.

On the 620, it's just for batteries. Ch1 is the Data/Programming port on the AR410 and 620, unlike every other Spektrum receiver which use the Batt port for programming & bind, as well as SRXL2 if present. There's nothing connected to the signal pin of the Batt port, you HAVE to use Ch1 for SRXL2 out to the Aura.
